At Livin, we are committed to providing exceptional services and products while maintaining transparency in our policies. Please carefully review the following terms:

Refund Policy for Services

  1. Non-Refundable Services
    All services provided at Livin Aesthetics and Wellness are strictly non-refundable. Once a service has been booked and/or performed, no monetary refunds will be issued.

  2. Credit Policy

    • In certain cases where a service cannot be completed or adjustments are necessary, we may issue a creditequal to the value of the original service.

    • Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or products.

    • Credits must be redeemed within 12 months of issuance.

  3. Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling

    • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

    • Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the forfeiture of any payment or deposit made for the service.

Refund Policy for Products

  1. Non-Refundable Products

    • All product purchases are final and non-refundable once they have been sold or opened.

    • Products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

  2. Defective or Damaged Products

    • If a product is defective or damaged, clients must report the issue within 7 days of purchase or receipt.

    • Approved claims will result in an exchange for the same product or a credit toward future purchases.

  3. Eligibility for Replacement or Credit

    • Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging to qualify for replacement or credit (except in cases of defect).

Medical History Consent

  1. Accuracy of Medical History

    • All medical history provided must be complete, truthful, and up-to-date.

    • Any omissions or inaccuracies may affect the outcome of your treatment and could result in complications.

  2. Client Responsibility

    • It is your responsibility to inform Livin of any changes to your health, medical conditions, or medications prior to each treatment.

    • Failure to disclose this information releases Livin Aesthetics and Wellness from any liability associated with adverse effects.

Consent Acknowledgment

By Reviewing this Agreement:

  • I have read, understood, and agree to the Refund Policy for services and products.

  • I acknowledge that all services are non-refundable, and product purchases are final unless defective or damaged.

  • I confirm that all medical history information provided is accurate and truthful to the best of my knowledge.
